Why we need it
- To process, pack and deliver your order.
- To tell you where your order has got to, and to call or message you if we need to.
- To settle returns, exchanges and refund requests.
- To keep the site safe by preventing fraud and misuse.
- To send you news of new products and offers, if you have said yes to that.
Keeping payment details safe
We never store your full card number, your CVV or your mobile banking PIN on our servers. Online payments go through secure, encrypted gateways. Nobody from this shop will ever ask you for a PIN or an OTP — if anyone does, tell us straight away.
Cookies and browsing data
We use cookies to make the site work — remembering what is in your cart and keeping you signed in. You can block or delete them in your browser settings, but things like the cart and signing in may then stop working properly.
How long we keep it
Order and transaction records are kept for accounting and warranty purposes. Account information is kept for as long as your account is active. Ask us to delete your account and we remove everything except what the law requires us to keep.
