1 When a return is accepted
For a return to be accepted, all of the following must be true:
- You ask within 7 days of receiving the item.
- The item is unused and undamaged.
- The original packaging, tags, manual and any free gift come back with it.
- You can show the order number or the invoice.
2 What cannot be returned
- Underwear, cosmetics and personal care items — for hygiene reasons.
- Software, memory cards and similar items once the seal or packaging is opened.
- Items damaged, broken or scratched through use.
- Items sold as clearance or "final sale".
- Items specially ordered or customised to your instructions.
3 How to return something
- Step 1 — call, email or WhatsApp us with your order number and what went wrong.
- Step 2 — send photographs or an unboxing video if you have them; it speeds things up.
- Step 3 — once approved, we send you the return address and how to ship it.
- Step 4 — we check the item when it reaches us (usually 1-2 working days).
- Step 5 — once checked, the exchange or refund is started.
4 How refunds are paid
Refunds normally go back the same way you paid. For anything bought cash on delivery we refund to bKash, Nagad or a bank account.
- Mobile banking — usually 3-5 working days after approval.
- Bank transfer — usually 5-7 working days.
- Card payments — 7-14 working days, depending on the bank.
5 Exchanges
You can exchange for a different size or colour at the same price, subject to stock. If the new item costs more you pay the difference; if it costs less we refund the balance.
6 If the wrong or a damaged item arrives
Tell us within 48 hours of opening the parcel. The return courier cost is entirely ours, and you can choose between the correct item or a full refund. A video of the parcel being opened settles these cases fastest.
7 Who pays the courier
- Our mistake (wrong, faulty or damaged item) — we cover the full cost.
- Change of mind or wrong size chosen — the return shipping is on the buyer.
- A delivery charge already paid is normally non-refundable, though we return that too when the fault is ours.
8 Warranty
Where an item carries a brand warranty, the period and conditions are set by that brand or its distributor. Keep the invoice and warranty card to make a claim — we will help you reach the service centre if you need it.
