- It is up to you to give accurate, current details when you open an account.
- Keeping your password private is your responsibility, as is anything done from your account.
- Tell us immediately if you think somebody else is using your account.
- We may suspend an account where we find false details or fraudulent activity.
Product details, photographs and prices
We describe and photograph every product as accurately as we can. Colours can still look slightly different from one screen to the next. Prices and availability may change without notice.
Where a technical fault shows a price that is obviously wrong, we reserve the right to cancel that order and refund anything you have paid in full.
Accepting and cancelling orders
- Placing an order is not the same as it being accepted — an order is live once we confirm it.
- We may cancel an order if the stock has run out or we cannot verify the address.
- You can cancel any time before the parcel is dispatched. Just get in touch and tell us.
- Repeatedly refusing deliveries may mean cash on delivery is no longer offered to you.
Payment
You can pay by any of the methods shown at checkout, cash on delivery included. Online payments go through a secure gateway. All prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).
Delivery
Once an order is confirmed we dispatch it as quickly as we can. How long it takes depends on your area and on the courier. We are not liable for delays outside our control — weather, strikes, courier backlogs — but we will keep you informed.
Intellectual property
The logo, design, wording and photographs on this website belong to us. They may not be copied or used commercially without written permission.
What you must not do
- Attempt to breach the security of the site, or harvest data from it with automated tools.
- Place fake orders, or order using somebody else's details.
- Post reviews or comments that are untrue, offensive, or infringe somebody else's rights.
Limits of our liability
Our liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of a product is limited to the extent the law allows. In any claim, the most we are liable for is what you paid for the order concerned.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Bangladesh, and any dispute falls within the jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continuing to use the website after a change means you accept the new terms.
